1. Pre-joining training:
Before each crew joins the ship, the company arranges the Captain and Chief engineer to conduct professional and safety training on the ship type and trade area, and conduct systematic training according to the requirements of the ship owner or management company, so that the crew can adapt to the work on the ship more quickly.
2.On-board training:
During the service onboard of the company's own crew (especially for cadets and those with promotion needs), the company will arrange corresponding internship and training topics, requiring the crew to respond and give feedback to the company, so as to improve the professional knowledge and operation ability of the crew.
3. Vacation training:
The company regularly invites the crew on vacation attend seminars every year to publicize and spread the PSC inspection, crew mental health, new ship technology, ship safety operation, as well as the new rules to be implemented, maritime law, etc. At the same time, team building activities are organized to strengthen the comprehensive quality of the crew.
